Your tour will start from our hotel, with a tasting dinner at our Gouache Restaurant: the view of the Gulf of Naples and the warm colours of our room make the Gouache a real genuine oil painting where the gastronomy and the customer care are the protagonists of this masterpiece.
The next day starts with a suggestive tour at the Pompeii Ruins. An archaeological guide will lead you on the roads of the ancient roman City, visiting the most important sites like the “Antiquarium”, the “Foro”, the ”Teatro Grande” and “Via dell’ Abbondanza”. The excavate City is an extraordinary historical example of the roman civilization: the memorial of the past, so alive, so real in the ruins, represents its nowadays charming.
In the night you can taste the food of one of the most important Chef from Campania region, Gennaro Esposito, who educated himself at the haute cuisine school of Alain Ducasse. “Torre del Saracino” restaurant is located in the suggestive sea village of Seiano that you can reach by our limousine service. The restaurant food is typical, tied to the land products and culture but with some combinations that enhance the Chef originality and talent. The tasting dinner will be followed by a selection of the best Italian, European and worldwide wine labels.
The next day will be dedicated to a tour at the Cantine Podere del Tirone. The luxury food and wine culture is at the base of the successful of this firm that makes the niche product his core business: for this reason it not attended the big distribution market. After you have visited the winery and the cellars, you can enjoy tasting wine and typical products.
To complete your stay at Marina del Cantone, between Capri and Positano, showing yourselves on a horizon that seems to be infinity, you can taste the food of the restaurant “Quattro Passi”. Antonio Mellino, the starry Chef, offers you some creations that turn back to the Campania traditions, mixing skilfully sea and earth (fishes are caught directly in the bay below and the vegetables are gathered in the garden near the restaurant), with exotic flavours (undeniable the tribute to the raw). The restaurant has a rich cellar available, where wines are kept in a room realized into the tuff.
