Crowne Plaza - Stabiae Sorrento Coast Hotel

The Crowne Plaza Stabiae Sorrento Coast comes from an ambitious renovation project of industrial architecture, which led to the construction, between 1999 and 2004, of a unique hotel complex through the architectural enhancement of the existing structures.

 

Together with the new building were made different modifications of the surrounding area, such as the consolidation of the rock wall behind the building, the enlargement of the SS Sorrentina 145 nearby the Hotel entrance, the construction of breakwaters reef to repair the long seafront of the Hotel.

 

After years of decay and neglect, the area was returned to the town of Castellammare di Stabia with important new prospects of revival. After being an important southern area of industrialization, today the location is projected by the Crowne Plaza Stabiae Sorrento Coast into the international circuit of the high-profile tourism.
